As discussed by telecon, we believe that additional justification for closing out IE review and evaluation of the issue is warranted. Takinq into account facility status, the ceneral vaqueness of tha allegations, and the inaccessibility of the alleqer, it appears ao;:ropriate that Inspection Procedure 617213 be conducted in the near future, if not yet conducted. Likewise, because of the nature of the allegations, Procedure 517213 should, as a ntnicua, be supplemented by the followin, ifne iters from Inspection Procedure 500938, if such activities were not previously conducted by the P.ecion:

The Ebasco and/or Bergen-Patterson calculation records for St. Lucie should be reviewed on a sampling basis in conjunction with the LC'/I?

progran as deened appropriate by Racion II.
