This is to ir. form you that the Atomic D:ergy Cormission en March 24, 1971 issued Construction Permit No. CPPR-30 to The 1bledo Edison Company and Ibe Cleveland 21ectric Illuminating Company for the construction of a pressurized water nuclear reactor, designated as the Envis-Beste Nuclear Pcver Statica, to be located on the applicants' site en the scuthwestern shcre of Lake 3rie, in Ottava County, Ohio.
A copy of the construction per:it is enclosed, together with a reinted notice which has been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Pagister for filing and publication. Its permit has been isoucd pursuant to the Initini Decisica of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. A ecpy of the decision has already been forwarded to ycu.
