CPPR-80 to The Toledo Edison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for the construction of a pressurized water nucicar reactor, de-signated as the Davis-Besse :iuclear Power Station. to be lo-cated on the applicants' site on the southwestern shore of Lake Zria, in Ottawa County, Ohio.

A copy of the construction peruit is encioned, tc?, ether with a related notice which has been transnitted to the Office of the 7ederal Register for filing and publication. The permit has been issued pursuant to the Initial Decision of the Atomic 3afetf and Licensing Board. A copy of the decision has already been forwarded to you.
