In response to your letter of April 25, 1977 addressing changes to 10 CFR Part 140, enclosed is one signed copy of Amendment No. 2 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-79 for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.

'W Indemnity Agreement No. B-79, between Toledo Edison Company and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated June 16, 1976, is hereby amended as follows:
The amount "$125,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$140,000,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$96,875,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$108,500,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$28,125,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$31,500,000" is substituted therefor.
