RE 2005 "SFAS Channel 2 Containment Radiation" to magger the cable (C'JP 79-E-64) j placing-us in an Action Statement #9 of Table 3.3-3.

Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence: Delib'erately tripped RE 2005 to magger cable.
i Analysis of Occurrence: Since the SFAS Channel 2 Radiation Instrument String was f
placed in the tripped position and the remaining three SFAS radiation instrument i
strings were operable, no threat to the health and safety of the public or to station personnel occurred.
1 Corrective Action: After the magger test was completed, the SFAS Channel 2 Radia-tion Instrument String was returned to normal.

Failure Data: No previous similar events have ocebrred.
