Region III has informed us that based on their inspection efforts.
they have verified that Toledo Edison Cogany has modified the protective circuitry to provide breaker coordination and isolation of the onsite electrical system to permit the required Class IE equipment to operate in the eYent of offsite grid degradation in accordance with their submittal of July 1841917 (Serial Ntaber 293) to J. E. Stoltz from L. E. Roe. This submittal to NRR was made in accordance with the requirement of Facility Operating License No. NPF-3 condition 2.C.(3)(q).
