That input was based on our review of the FSAR through /c.endnent 43.
Sone, but not all, of the item identified in the criv4cus transmittal have been resolved. The follcuing items are thosa that have not been satisfactorily resolved and renain as outstanding items. We will recort on our evaluation of these open items in the next supplement to the Safety Evaluation Report.

Final acproval of the routing of Class lE wiring tith non-Class lE wiring within Class lE logic cabinets and Danels. Resolution subject
- 1) Review and approval of " noise test" procedures yet to be su bitted and 2) Completion of tne fault tests and suMit test results for our review, orfor to the first refuelird (i.e. as stated in SSER f 3 Section 7.2).
To ensure that these matters are acceptably resolved,we believe that it nay be necessary to include them as licensing conditions. We are available to discuss this ascect with you.
