DAVIS BESSE Unit No. 1 PRESSURIZER HEATER INTERLOCKS Your electrical review and coments are invited on the enclosed applicant's proposal to interlock the status of the CHR suction isolation valves with the pressurizer heaters. The intent of this ncdification is to preclude heatup to power operation should one or both of the DHR valves inadvertently be left open. Some of the electrical descriptions have been provided to you earlier in draft form.
