Staff review and aporoval of the Toledo Edison Company's proposed Loss-of-Offsite Power Test - Davis Besse, Unit 1.
By letter dated July 24,1978 the Toledo Edisen Company has requested resolution and approval of their proposed Loss-of-Offsite Power Test.
Also, IaE (Headcuartars) has requested our assistance in resolving the applica-bility of the licensee's pmposal for maintaining certain plant loads energized during the test.
We have already discussed these matters with Mr. James ikDermott of the QAB Branch.
