P. Seiss, '4. W. Carbon, and J. C. Ebersole),

held a public meeting on December 21,1976 at 1717 H Street, 't.'.f.,

Hash-ington, D.C.

The neeting followed closely the planned agerda (enclosed). % mal transcripts are available which include copies of visual aids and hand-outs used during the meeting.

Principal subjects of concern identified during the meeting and, in some cases, noted as agenda items for the full comittee meeting include:

(1) Applicant's description of facility and changes in facility design since CP review.

(2) The applicant's schedule and organization for niant oceration.

(3) Staff report on coccarison of Cavis-Besse, Unit 1 and Three ' tile Island, Unit 2.

(4) Staff report on coments in AC3S report dated (3/2'/70).

(S) Staff report on outstanding review items and the applicant's restonse.
