SUBJECT:
DAVIS-BESSE, UNIT 1 Enclosed is a revision of Section 3/4.3 of the Proof and Review Copy of the Davis-Besse. Unit 1 Technical Specifications that are tentatively scheduled for issuance as Appendix "A" of the Operating License for this facility on or about Marcit 1,1977. These specifications have been generated from the June 1,1976 revision of the Babcock and '.iilcox Standard Technical Specifications with minor modifications as necessary to accoctiodate plant specific design features.
The Davis-Besse, Unit I reviewer should examine this document to ensure the accuracy and comoleteness of the specifications. Ccments should be provided to L. Engle - L'.!R Branch No.1 (Ext. 27791) and J. Roe -
STS Group (ext. 27306) by February 7,1977 in order to allow sufficient time for resolution and incorporation prior to issuance.
