J. Skovholt we have reviewed the abstract for tne subject test and find it acceptable. Based on telephone discussions with i4r. Constable of !r. Sniezek's branch and with Mr. R. !'artin, Region III, we understand that the concern which prompted I AE's request for HRR review of the test abstract.has been eliminated because Toledo Edison has rewritten the detailed test procedure. Therefore, we consider this matter closed.
