Two open items remain: 1)subnittal and evaluation of the full year of data from the new onsite meteorological program; 2) submittal of additional information per R. G. 1.27 of the design bash meteorological conditions for the Ultimato Ucak Sink. Resolution of these items will appear in a supplement to the SER.
