Dear Str. Giambusso:
Under separate cover, we are transmitting Amendment No.17 to the Application for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1. This Amendment consists of Revision No. 3 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Three (3) original and twenty-tive (25) conformed copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with seventy (70) copies of Revision 3 to the FSAR.
In accordance with our letter of September 7,1973, this revision to the FSAR contains answers to questions transmitted by the Directorate of Licensing on August 28, 1973, es well as insert changes to Volumes 1 thru 7 of the FSAR.
Questions noted by Applicant as requiring additional responses will be responded to in the next revision to the FSAR to be submitted on January 21, 1974.
