You are hereby notified of a situation which could be considered re-portable in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.55(e)(1)(1), " Conditions of Construction Fer=its".
This situation relates to the veld records for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station stea generators.
A recent audit of veld records conducted by Babcock & Wilcox's (nuclear steam supply syste= supplier, 3 & W) C.C organization at their Barberton,
Works has shown that filler vire qualification test reports are ince:- /
9 ete for several heats of veld filler materials used in steam generatoy 1
fabrication. 3 & W is currently reviewing records to define the extent of the_inco=plete docu=entation.
We vill submit a written report on the documentation situatica within 30 days.
