FSAR Amendments Review Status:
Complete The Quality Assurance Branch has reviewed the Technical Specifications and Quality Assurance Programs (Sections 16 and 17) sutraitted in support of the Operating License Application for the Davis-Besse fluclear Power Station.
Based on cur review, we conclude that Sections 16 and 17 are acceptable for initiation of a detailed technical review. We have no additional coments on this aspect of our preliminary review.
Two man-hours of effort was expended on this preli:ninary review. tio case work was slipped.
