In accordance with the request contained in a letter, *.ated August 26, 1970, from Mr. James R. Yore, we are transmitting under separate cover two complete copies, updated through Amendment No.10, of the applica-tion for the Davis-Besse Uuclear Power Station.
The application consists of five noteback volumes, one of -inich is I
labeled, " License Application," which contains the formal application including all amendment sheets together with their respective index sheets. The remaining four volumes are Volumes 1 through h of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report.
