The Toledo Edison Cc=pany has today filed A=endment No. 3 to the application to construct and operate the Davis-3 esse Nuclear Power Station. This amendment includes ansvers to the Division of Reactor Licensing questions contained in their letter of February 12, 1970 as well as changes, corrections and additions to the Preliminary Safety Anr.7_,,cis Report.
Three signed originals and 32 conformed ecpies of the amend-ment page together with 80 copies of Volu=e h of the PSAR containing the above material are being transmitted to AEC under separace cover.
