NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES

At the beginning of the month the unit was at 100% power.
i.
On October 10th, the containment purge supply valve penetration failed c type C Containment Leakage Rate Test.
The unit was taken off line l-upon exceeding t he Technical Specification Remedial Action Statement.
The unit remained shutdown for a scheduled Reactor coolant pump Sealm Outage.
L On October 16th, the unit was returned to 100% power.
On-October 30th, the unit war reduced to 94% power to retrieve a dropped rod.
The unit returned to 100% the same day.
The unit was maintained at 1001 power for the remainder of the month.
