r- - 1 t L s 7. ,a NRC-02-87-004 Modificatien No. 46 L Page 2 of 2 L' o-This modification definitizes Task Order No. 23, " Environmental Assessment for License. Renewal of Rockwell International Corporation Santa Susana 7 Field Laboratories". 1, Pursuant to paragraph G 10, Task Orders, the contractor is authorized to perform Task Order No. 23 in accordance with contractor's proposal dated October 3, 1989, as revised by telecon on October 5, 1989, i between Barbara Neehan, NRC, and Tom Rodehau, SAIC, wherein is was I agreed to reduce indirect overheads from $29,787 to $29,245; other direct costs from $23,699.00 to $20,565.00; G&A from $7,768.00 to $7,431.00, and fee from $8,545.00 to $C,540.00 and with the attached Statement of Work. Task Order 23 shall be in etfect from the date shown in block 3 of the SF30 through November 30, 1990. The total cost ceiling of this task is $88,278.00 of which $81,738.00 represents the total estimated cost and $6,540.00 represents the fixed fee. The following individuals are considered to be essential to the successful performance of this task order: D. Ryan, J. Hammelman, R. Belanger, L. Peeters-The contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the task order without compliance with Contract Clau;e H.1, Key Personnel. i It is estimated that the amount of $9,800.00 currently obligated to this task order will cover performance of the task through November 30, 1989 e NOTICE OF INCREMENTAL FUNDING Suf ficient funds are not presently available to cover the totality of work required pursuant to this Task order over its entire period of performance. The balance of funds will be obligated by modification to this Task Order, up to the full estimated amount subject to the availability of funds. While it is the Government's intention to incrementally fund this Task Order up to its full estimated over its full E period of performance, at no time will the Government retroburse the Contractor for costs incurred in excess of the then applicable level of obligation. At any time during the performance of this Task Order, any work performed and cost incurred by the Contractor in excess of this applicable level of obligation are accomplished at the sole risk of the Contractor. Clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds" shall supersede Clause 52.232-20 " Limitation of Costs" until such time as this Task Order is fully funded.
