Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station is currently shut down anti will remain in an extended outage for the foreseeable future. As sucn, the actions j
requested by Generic Letter 89-19 are not currently applicable to the station.
The District is not taking action with regard to this issue at the present time, but Generic Letter 89-19 will be reviewed and appropriate actions will be.taken prior to returning the plant to power.
