'This letter is'in regard to your letter, with enclosures, dated September 29,
,and October 2, 1989 whereby you submitted certain revisions to your currently L
approved 10 CFR Part 70 Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan. The 4
enclosures to your September 29, 1989 letter contained changes provided for undertheprovisionsof10CFR70.32(c)whiletheenclosurestothe
- 0ctober 2, 1989 letter contained proposed changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.34.
We have determined that the revisions made under the provisions of 10 CFR
.70.32(c) are acceptable in that they are consistent with regulatory requirements and meet the intent of regulatory guidelines and standards. We have further detemined that the proposed changes made pursuant to.10 CFR 70.34.are also acceptable in that tw changes will not decrease the effectiveness of your R
safeguards program, nor will they adversely affect the common defense and i
security'nor the' public health.and safety, and are otherwise in the public interest.: Accordingly. License Condition 2.1 to: Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to
.your License No. SNM-368 is hereby revised, effective upon receipt of this.
