WC Generic Letter 89-19 addresses the safety implications of control system failures and reauires the modification of selected emergency procedures to ensure public safety.
GPU Nuclear has reviewed the infortnation contained in this generic letter and has determined that it is not applicable to the current, cold shutdown l
condition of TMI-2. If a decision is made to restart TMI-2, this NRC Generic Letter will be re-evaluated.
