l Dear Mr. Kasunt Enclosed please find three copies of UNC Naval Products revised Fundamental Nuclear Meterial Control Plan required by 10CFR74.51c1.
This revised plan is in response to the questions and comments contained in NRC I
letter to me dated November 22, 1988.
This revised plan is believed by UNC to be our final submittal to you in response'to the MCEA Reform i
amendcents and as such is Revision sero.
Future changes resulting from data collection and plan implementation will begin a revision format from the enclosed Revision sero.
This plan contains Confidential Restricted Data and should be protected as such.
This plan also is considered to contain information regarding our control snd accounting procedures for safeguarding SNM and, as specified in 10 CFR 2.7s04 is not to be placed in the public document room.
