-0RGANIZATION The final responsibility for the Quality Assurance 4

Program for Part 71 requirements rests, with Globe X-Ray: Services, Inc. Design and fabrication'of radioactive material shipping packages shall not Se conducted.under this program.

The Radiation Safety Officer will.be responsible for the Part 71 Q'uality Assurance Requirements.

The-Radiation Safety Officer, is responsible for the overall' administration of the prog' ram, training and certification, document control and auditing,- The Radiographers are responsible for the handling, storing, shipping, inspection, test, operating status and-record keeping on the job only.

The management of Globe X-Ray Services, Inc, establishes j

All documents related to a specific shipping package will be' controlled through the use of written procedures.

All document changes will be performed according to written procedures.

The Radiation Safety Officer shall insure that all Quality Assurance functions are conducted in accordance I

with" the latest applicable changes to these documents.
