Enclosed please find Revision 6 of our Training Procedure, TP-2-1, Operator Licensing and Revision 8 TP-2-2, Licensee Retraining Program.
These revisions incorporate the requirements of Mr. Harold Denton's letter of March 1980 dealing with " Qualifications of Reacter Operators". Additionally, we have factored in many of the " Guidelines for Requalification Training and Evaluation" of licensed personnel which are contcined in the IMPO review copy sent to utilities on May 29, 1980.
We request your review of TP-2-1 and TP-2-2 to ensure this procedure meets our commitments to the NRC and satisfies all intents of current operator license requalification~ criteria.
