Extension of Period for Public Comment on Proposed Rulemaking
SUMMARY
The availability of and a request for public comments on a proposed rulemaking concerning possible amendments to 10 CFR Parts 2 and 50, the Commission's "immediate effectiveness" rule, was noticed in the Federal Register on May 22, 1980 (45 FR 34279).
The original comment period expired on July 7, 1980.
A request for an extension of the comment period has been receiyed, f
and the comment period has been extended to July 21,
