Dear Mr. Miller:
This letter is to propose the following changes to the Fort St. Vrain Techni-cal Specifications:
AC 7.4 (Attachment 1)
SR 5.4.1 (Attachment 2) i In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe that the proposed charges are amendment fee Class II since they are pro forma and admini-strative in nature.
We recuest that the two proposed changes be reviewed and approved for the i
charge of one Class II change as described in the NRC " Guidance for As-sessing the Proper License Fee - License Amendments and Approvals." Since the change requested to SR 5.4.1 is comparable to a change approved as Amendment No.18 to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications, and since the change requested to AC 7.4 is comparable to the standard format, we believe that the request is consistent with 10CFR170 and the guidance docu-ment.
A check in the amount of $1,200 for the fee payment is attached.
