Enclosed is Materials License No. SNM-778 as renewed. The license contains additional conditions which were agreed upon in telephone conversations with your Mr. A. F. Olsen and Mr. N. Ketzlach of my staff.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
You are hereby advised that any requests for amendment 'o this license should be submitted in the form of replacement pages to the Conditions Sections and, if necessary, to the. Safety Demonstration Sections with the changes or new items clearly identified.
This license is hereby renewed for a five-year term, expiring July 31, 1985.
This renewal is issued following preparation of an environmental appraisal related to the continued operation of your plant.
A Negative Declaration has been prepared and approved pursuant to 10 CFR Part 51.
Copies of the
, Negative Declaration, published in the Federal Register on January 16, 1980, announcing its availability to the public, and the supporting Environmental Impact Appraisal were transmitted to you by letter dated January 10, 1980.
The Materials and Plant Protection Amendment issued pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 70 and 73 and the Certificates of Compliance issued pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 are not affected by this licensing action and remain in effect.
