SUBJECT:
EXPORT LICENSE APPLICATION TO EXPORT ONE RADIATION DETECTOR TO CANADA (XCOM0426)
In April Reuter-Stokes, Inc. forwarded an application for a license to export one radiation detector to Canada; however, NRC has no record of receiving this license request.
Pursuant to our request, Reuter-Stokes forwarded a duplicate license application which NRC received on July 21, 1980.
As the detector is new urgently required by the customer, the license was issued withotithe normal 15-day waiting period.
