'With reference to my memorandum of July 1,1980, enclosed for your review and comments are copies of draft Comission Action Papers which relate to export applications XSNM01431 and XSNM01564. Advance copies of these papers were forwarded to your office via telefax on July 16.
It is my understanding that NMSS is completing its final review of these cases.
