Dear Mr. Keppler:

Your request for information contained in Reference (a) concerning "Hydramotor Actuator Deficiencies", was originally responded to in Reference (b).

For the subject units at LaSalle County, Byron and Braidwood Stations it was indicated that additional time was required to complete the review.

At this time our review remains incomplete due to the necessity to pursue through equipment suppliers the specific information requested in the Bulletin.

It is judged at this time that a complete response will be available no later than August 29, 1980.

In as much as the units in question are not operating. this delay does not present any unreviewed safety concern.

In the event corrective action is required after the review has been completed, our sul equent response will outline the remedial action taken.

If you have any questions in this regard, please direct them to this of fice.

Very truly yours, f
