Consumers Power had previously responded to the inspection report by letter dated June 9, 1980.
Consumers Power requests that this issue (plant security system operability) be maintained as an open item pending resolution between the Region III office, NMSS/NRR and Consumers Power. We have initiated a request to NMSS/NRR (Mr R Skelton) to resolve this issue.
