Subject:
Response to IE Bulletin 80-09 Hydramotor Actuator Deficiencies
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
This letter is written in re1ponse to the subject IE Bulletin.
Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) has determined that six (6) Model AH-90 and/or NH-90 Series Hydramotor A tuators are utilized at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) in the Automatic Containment Atmospheric Dilution (ACAD) system which is installed but not yat licensed for its intended function. NPPD has further determined that the six hydramotors in-stalled at CNS do not utilize springs made and/or installed between September 1975 and January 1978. Therefore, NPPD believes that no further action (s) and/or response (s) is required of NPPD in this matter.
Sincerely, M
