Dear "r. Fink:
This is in response to the. telephone request made on June 11, 1900r the rewest was for clarification concerning the nature of the alteration of the property centioned en page 14 of our Preliminary Case Report on Port Hudson Battlefield Landeark in Lcuisiana.
The nature of the alteration referred to is the widening if the existing electrical transmission line corridor for the puepose of constructing another line of poles parallel to the existing structures. Specifically this action would add between 75 and 155 additional feet to the existing corridor and alter its use from the present bottom land forest, upland forest, and pasture land (See table 2 on page 12) to use as a transmission line corrider.
