This is in response to your telephone request of July 20, 1973 for AEC Regulatory Staff Inspection Reports relating to the Midland Plant, Units j
1 and 2.
I understand that you already have reports.for inspections conducted on or before January 7,1971. ( See, e.g., ALAB-132, p.17.), and that your current request applies only to subsequent inspections.
Our records indicate that eight inspections relating to the Midland Plant j
have been conducted since January 7,1971. A repet of the most recent inspection was furnished to the Appeal Board with our letter of July 20, i
1973. Reports for the remaining seven inspections are transmitted here-with.
