the parties, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) has approved the cancellation of the Final Prehearing Conference scheduled for June 11, 1973, in Washington, D. C.
Pursuant to the informal understanding, all discovery shall be completed by the close of business August 30, 1973.
In addition, the evidentiary hearing in this pro-ceeding shall commence on September 24, 1973, instead of June 25, 1973, and shall extend without interruption through October 12, 1973.
The exact time and place will be set forth by separate Order of the Board.
If addi-tional hearing sessions are needed, those also will be determined by separate order.
