'i The Appeal Board has instructed me te request that you include the following information in the staff's brief.

in response to the Board's order of August 19, 1975:
the number of "show cause" orders issued by the sta##-
(1)
(2) the nunber of such orders referred to an adjudicatory hearing at (a) an applicant's request, (b) an intervenor's request, and (c) the staff's request.
For each category state the number of orders directed to holders of (a) con-struction permits, (b) operating licenses, (c) byproduct material licenses, and (d) other types of licen'ses.
The information need cover only the period commencing January 1, 1970.
