NOTICE AND ORDUt FOR R.TONVENING EVIDENTIARY HEARING Pursuant to a telephone conference call between and among the parties and the Licnnsing Board Chairman (April 15, 1974), and in accordance with the views of the parties, the Evidentiary Hearing in t.his proceeding will resume on May 21 1974, at 9 a.m.,
local time, in the ASLBP Hearing Room, 1202 Landow Building., 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, Mary):.nd 20014.
The Applicant advised the Licensing Board Chairman that it intends to introduce further direct evidence in this fro-ceeding.
Accordingly, the May 21 session will concern itself with the direct testimony of the Appla. cant.
In this regard, it is expected that the Applicant will provide all other parties by the close cf business May 7, 1974, with any written testimony it proposes to offer during the May 21 session.
The Licensing Board Chairman was also advised during the telephone conference that both the Applicant and the 4

/ Department of Justice intend to offer rebuttal testimony in this proceeding.
Neither the Regulatory Staff nor the Joint Intervenors intend to offer such testimony.
Therefore, the j
hearing as regards the rebuttal cases of the Department of Justice and the Applicant will commence on May 28, 1974, at 9 a.m., local time, at i.ie aame location as for the May 21 l
session.
The Departue.it of Justice will introduce its rebuttal case first, to be followed by that of the Applicant.
It is anticipated that any written rebuttal testimony will be submitted to all other parties no later than the close of buriness May 14, 1974.
The re.buttal cases will run continuously under the same rules that were in effect during the direct cases of the parties until the completion of ohe Evidentiary Hearing in :nis proceeding.
