ORDER SETTING ASIDE THE EVIDENTIARY HEARING SCHEDULED FOR MAY 21, 1974, AND ESTABLISHING NEW HEARING DATES Counsel for the Applicant filed an oral request with the Board to postpone the Evidentiary Hearing in this pro-ceeding for two weeks, which hearing was scheduled to reconvene on May 21, 1974, pursuant to an Order dated April 16, 1974.
He advised the Licensing Board Chairman that the expert witness that he contemplated calling as part as his direct case will be out of the country during the week of May 21.
He also advised that counsel for the other parties agreed to the postponement.
In view of the foregoing, the Board acquiesces in this request and, accordingly, directs that the Evidentiary Hearing in this proceeding resume on June 4, 1974, at the time and place previcusly noted in its Order of April 16.

-2, The June 4 session will relate to the direct case of the Applicant.
The rebuttal cases of both the Department of.
Justice and the Applicant will commence on June 11, 1974, also at the same place and time as noted in the Licensing Board's Order of April 16.
Further, the dates for the submittal of written testimony will, in view of the foregoing, be moved back two weeks respectively.
