ORDER GRANTING APPLICANT'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS The Department of Justice, on August 16, 1972, filed a notion to compel the production of four categories of documents from the applicant, including those which may be dated prior to January 1, 19G0.
The applicant, on August 24, 1972, filed a motion for an extension of time to answer said motion.
There being good cause for applicant's motion, and since none of the other parties to this proceeding objects to the granting of said motion of the appl;(. ant, it it herewith granted.
