Enclosed are three (3) signed cricinals and eignty-seven (87) conformed copies of Amendment No. 20 to Consumers Power Company's application for a construction permit and operating license for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Plant.

Amendnent No. 20 provides for recycle and reuse of all liquid vaste except for laundry vaste generated during the nomal operation of the plant, specifically states that gaseous releases vill be held up for at least 30 days during nor=al plant operation, revises two numbers on Table 11-1 to reflect more definitive data and updates the corporate and financial information contained in the General Infomation Volume to the application.
