Enclosed are three (3) signed originals and sixty-seven (67) conformed copies of Amendment No. 26 to Consumers Power Company's appli-cation for construction permits and operating licenses for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Plant. Amendment No. 26 modifies the PSAR to reflect a number of miscellaneous design changes.
Copies of Amendment No. 26 have also been sent to Mr. Jerome Maslowski, Assistant Attorney General of the State of Michigan; Mr. Raymond A. VanSteenhouse, Chairman of the County Board of Commis-sioners of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert B. Chatterton, Super-visor of Midland Township, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr. Gene W.
Holthofer, Mayor of the City of Midland. A certificate of ser rice on Mr. VanSteenhouse and Mr. Chatterton is also enclosed.
