Copies of faendment No. 13 have also been sent to Mr. Jerome Maslovski, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan; Mr. Frank Olds, Yhairan of the County Board of Supervisors of Midland County, Michigan; kr. Robert E. Chatterton, Supervidor of Midland Township, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr. Julius Elasy, Mayor of the City of Midland, Michigan. Certificates of service on Mr. Olds and Mr. Chatterton are also enclosed.
