Dear Mr. Gia=busso:

Inis is in response to your November 20, 1973 letter which directed, pursuant to Me=orandum and Order AIA3-152, that we make certain changes to the Project Field quality Control organization.

This is to inform you that we have co= plied with the direc-tion in your letter.

We have implemented the revised Project Field Quality Control organization chart, dated November 1, 1973. All salary review functions have been removed from the purview of the Project Construction organica-tion. All independent inspection operations that constitute quality acceptance of safety-related structures, systems and components are being performed by Quality Control Engineers. Pertinent Quality Assur-ance manuals and charts have been revised to reflect these changes.
