Dear Mr. Mcdonald:
In response to your telegram of September 9,1974 regarding Midland 1 and Midland 2, please be advised as follows on your questions:
1.
The current schedule is firm as of August 21, 1974 when revised logic and dates were submitted to Mr. W. H. Lovelace predicated upon the best schedule information available at that time. During the months of September, October and liovember, we are concentrating our efforts on our annual schedule and budget reviews. There could be sched-ule modifications as a result of these reviews.
2.
We are not presently anticipating construction delays which would affect the estimated fuel loading dates. However, we are constantly reviewing our construction plans in light of financial con-ditions as they develop.

IIote on Questions 2, 3, 4 and 5 that although the answers to these questions are negative as they apply to Midland, delays and can-cellation of projects, other than Midland, have been made for the reasons stated in Questions 2, 3 and k with the result of reductions of the size of the work force needed.
