L ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION WASHIPvGTON D.C. 20545 UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION DOCKET NOS. 50-329 and 50-330 CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS TO CONSTRUCTION PERMITS Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Me:norandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board, dated March 26,1973 (ALAB-106),
the Deputy Director for Reactor Projects, Directorate of Licensing, has issued Amendment No. 1 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-81 and Amendment No. I to Construction Permit No. CPPR-82. Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-81 and CPPR-82 authorize Consumers Power Company to construct the Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2, at a site adjacent to the Tittabawassee River in Midland County, Michigan.
The amendments issued by the Deputy Director for Reactor Projects incorporate in the construction permits certain additional reporting requirements, relating to quality assurance, which were specified in, and imposed by ALAB-106.
