ORDER l't$ -78 On December 30, 1977, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board decided ALAB-452.

Commission regulations,10 CFR 2.786(b), require that petitions for review be filed with the Commission within fifteen days after service of a decision by the Appeal Board, and limit the length of such petitions to ten pages.

Consumers Power Company has moved the Commission for an extension of time in which to file a petition for review, until February 14, 1978, and for an enlargement of the page limitation to thirty pages.

Consumers states that counsel for the other parties do not oppose this motion.

In view of the length and complexity of the Appeal Board's decision, extensions of the time and page limitation otherwise applicable are clearly warranted, if the normal course of Commission review is to be followed.
