EXTEND THE BRIEFING SCHEDULE Pursuant to Rule 2.711 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commis-sion's Rule of Practice, 10 C.F.R., Part 2, the United States Department of Justice hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licen-I sing Appeal Board to extend the time for filing of Reply 5:iefs cy the Department of Justice, tne NRC Staff and the Intervenors in this proceeding up to and including March 2, 1976. Under the present schedule, counsel for the Department of Justice will face serious difficulty in completing their brief in view of conflicting work schedules and the length of Applicant's Answering Brief of January 26, 1976.

All parties have agreed to this extension.
