On September 13, 197!6, following the Regulatory Staff's evaluation of changes in Consumers Power Company's financial situation with respect to the Midland Plant, you requested that the Company continue to inform the Commission of any new information relating to its general financial status and provide the Commission with quarterly reports during the calendar year 1975 In response to this request, Consumers Power Company hereby submits its report for the third quarter of 1975 with unaudited financial statements attached thereto.
